I’m still here! :)

Tweet Hello everyone! Yes, I know, I have been absent from this blog a very long time now. 🙁 And you know what, I have no exciting reason for this. No exciting reason whatsoever. The way things have been lately the blog has just been a bit neglected, which is not what I want. At the same time I think it may have been good for me, to take a little break, and hopefully now I can back to it with a renewed vigour! I don’t know you all personally, but even so I am thinking about anyone out there … Continue reading

“…we all know at times what it is to be wearied in spirits. Mine, I confess, are exhausted”

Tweet That quote is from Emma, and I think we can all relate to it now and then. There are times filled with fun, dancing and laughter, and there are times which are less merry and enjoyable. I have not been having the greatest last few weeks, nothing major or dreadful has happened, just things have been a bit stressful and up and down emotionally. This has effected my blog and I haven’t gotten around to writing the posts I have planned. But I think things are starting to look up, and soon I will be able to make plans … Continue reading

Untill then I just want to take this opportunity to wish you all a wonderful, prosperous, magical and simply Happy New Year!! May … Continue reading

To my dear sister

Tweet Today I want to write something which really has nothing whatsoever to do with Jane Austen or any of the other subjects I usually write about here. Today I want to write about my sister.  There can be no situation in life in which the conversation of my dear sister will not administer some comfort to me. ~Mary Montagu My sister Viktoria has been my constant friend and companion for 21 years, 7 months and 11 days, in other words since the day I was born. As all sisters do we spent our childhood playing together, and I will … Continue reading

A special encounter in Lincoln, England

Tweet Sorry about the horrible lack of posts on here lately! Last week I was more than a little busy, and this week I am in England again (yes I know, again…) and my internet is somewhat limited. However I will just post a few pictures I took yesterday. I’m over here to visit some friends who live in a city called Lincoln, and yesterday when they were both at work I spent the day exploring some of this city on my own. One thing Lincoln is quite famous for is it’s big cathedral, so naturally I had to go … Continue reading

Another nice big house :)

Tweet I am back in Sweden again. My visit to England was absolutely LOVELY!! It was, as always, a delight to be with my beloved sister again and to spend time with her and her boyfriends Jake. I also got to see some dear friends who I haven’t met in what feels like forever, I got to see my fantastic voice teacher who I haven’t been to in over two years (that is, my voice teacher in England. I have another equally fantastic voice teacher here in Sweden whom I go to on a regular basis) and have a lesson … Continue reading
